Dianna is the wife of a Naval Aviator stationed at NAS Lemoore, she loves to share her passion for human movement with clients and those looking to become instructors. Dianna was a colligate Cross Country athlete and has been teaching Pilates for 7 years and Training for 7 years.

Jessica Wagner
Originally from Southern California, Jessica has embraced the Central Valley as her home for the past 15 years. She is nearing completion of her Balanced Body comprehensive Pilates certification, complementing her existing 200-hour Yoga teacher certification, and Barre certification. Her journey in movement practices began 13 years ago when she was first introduced to Pilates, Yoga, and Barre at a local studio, sparking an immediate passion. In her teaching, Jessica emphasizes mindful movement, showing up for one’s self, and the development of both internal and external strength. Her primary goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where all participants feel welcome and supported in their practice. She’s grateful for the guidance of two exceptional mentors that have shaped her teaching journey. You will see her on the schedule teaching Reformer, Mat, Yoga Sculpt, and Barre classes at our studio. Join Jessica for any of her classes and you will leave feeling balanced, supported, and challenged.

Laura is currently a college student who has hopes of becoming a physical therapist one day. She is super passionate about exercise, and how much better the body functions with motion. She was an athlete in high school, running cross country and track all four years. Laura loves to run, lift weights, and do pilates in my spare time. She is fully certified in Reformer and Mat, by Balanced Body, and she loves each of them in their own ways. Laura has been teaching Pilates for about a year.

Shelby Cole is a passionate Pilates instructor-in-training, dedicated to empowering others through movement and wellness. Currently honing her skills with Balanced Body, Shelby is acquiring the teaching hours necessary to become a certified instructor. She has immersed herself in various Pilates disciplines, including Reformer, Mat, Chair, Cadillac, Tower, and Barre. Her diverse training equips her to offer a well-rounded and engaging experience for her future clients in all fitness levels. She believes that Pilates goes beyond physical fitness; it nurtures the mind-body connection, fostering confidence and resilience. With her enthusiasm and dedication, Shelby is ready to empower others on their wellness journeys, encouraging them to embrace their strength and cultivate a healthier lifestyle!

Kalvyn Guzman
Kalvyn is a student instructor at the Hanford Burn location! About three years ago, she fell in love with strength training, which led to her to becoming a NASM CPT as of December of 2023. Two years ago, Kalvyn discovered Pilates through Dianna! She began taking tower classes and, eventually, reformer classes when Dianna expanded for the first time. After participating in classes for some time, Kalvyn finally started her Pilates certification journey. The combination of Pilates and strength training creates a wonderful balance for her, and she enjoys every moment of sharing that with those who attend her classes!

Alona Wasilchuk
For the past 15 years, yoga has been a sanctuary for Alona, offering a space of balance, strength, and peace. With over a decade of teaching experience and a 200-hour certification from LEVITYoGA, Alona invites students to explore the depths of their practice, both on and off the mat. Committed to holistic well-being, Alona incorporates various modalities into her teaching, including Barre Intensity, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Cupping Therapy. Currently, Alona is pursuing a certification in Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates, further enriching their offerings to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

Alexandra is a consultant and Pilates instructor who fell in love with the precision, intention, and low-impact nature of Pilates. She believes Pilates has strengthened her not only physically, but mentally as well. She strives to create a welcoming environment in her classes where people can nurture their minds and bodies. Alexandra moved to Hanford in December 2023 with her boyfriend, a Navy officer stationed at NAS Lemoore.

Emphasizing proper alignment and tailored instruction, she works with clients of all abilities to create balanced, effective workouts that promote overall health and wellness. Having personally experienced the benefits of Pilates, Janelle is dedicated to providing a supportive and motivating space where clients can reach their fitness goals and deepen their connection with their bodies.
