Reformer 101*
With a focus on Reformer Level 1 movements, this class is your perfect entry point into Reformer Pilates — or a chance to deepen your connection to the fundamentals. Rooted in the basics and scalable to all levels, you'll find progressions and modifications that meet you exactly where you are. New to the Reformer? This is your place to start.
Align*
Whether you are starting your Pilates journey, recovering from an injury, or looking to deepen your practice, this class focuses on enhancing your understanding of movement and re-aligning your body. It will give you the tools and understanding of how to train and support your body better.
Tower Barre Equipment
Tower Barre Equipment is the perfect fusion of two of our favorite workouts! This dynamic class combines the Tower’s versatility with Barre for a full-body burn.

Tower Equipment
This class utilizes the tower also called the wall unit that will give you a full body burn. This equipment uses springs and attachments to put the movements we are familiar with from the reformer/mat on new equipment. (All Levels Class)
Hot Mat Pilates Sculpt
This is a high-energy low impact class, that fuses classical Pilates with modern sculpting in a heated room. Using light weights and continuous movement, this full-body class targets the core, glutes, legs, and arms while elevating your heart for a powerful sweat and burn.
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a high-intensity class combining yoga and strength training. You’ll move through a yoga flow utilizing light weights, cardio, and more. Expect an upbeat class, full of full-body burn and fun!
Power Barre Pilates
A full-body workout combining elements of Barre Fitness, Mat Pilates, and Strength for the perfect fusion class. We will incorporate bodyweight movements, breathwork, and props for a well-rounded practice. This class is open to all levels; get ready for the burn!
