What Do I Wear?
Workout clothes! Grip socks are required at Burn. We like to keep things as clean and safe as possible! Don't have grip socks? We have some for you, you can buy some at the studio before class!

When Do I Get There? NEW Clients
To ensure the safety of our clients, if you are new to Burn Pilates we suggest arriving 10-15 minutes before class begins. We require that all new clients receive a proper introduction to the instructor and equipment. For your safety and the experience of all clients, new clients will not be permitted to join class after 5 minutes into the workout.

Can I Do Pilates If I'm Pregnant?
Yes! However, we'd strongly recommend discussing it with your healthcare provider first. You must notify your instructors and give us a heads-up on your profile so we can discuss modifications for your safety. For the best experience, we'd recommend booking a private session with us so we can talk about safety and best practices in how you approach your work on the equipment.

I am working through injuries, can I still do Pilates?
Yes! Pilates is a fantastic option if you are working through an injury. Our classes focus on functional movements, stability, and mobility. Each movement is intended to help with your alignment so you are less prone to re-injuring yourself and each exercise will build up your strength to help you regain mobility throughout your recovery. For your safety, please notify your instructor and give us a heads-up on your profile so we can discuss the best modifications for you. For the best experience, we'd recommend a private session so we can share safety tips and help you in your recovery goals.

When do I get there? EXISTING Clients
It is recommended that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class. However, we understand that life happens! Existing clients can enter up to 5 minutes after the start of class. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the start time, you will not be allowed entry for your safety and the experience of all clients. In the case that you arrive late for class, please know that your spot may be given to a walk-in or waitlisted client 5 minutes into class.
