Where Should I Start?
The best place to start your Pilates journey is in our Align Class and our Reformer Level 1 Class.
Align focuses on deepening your understanding of movement to give you the tools and understanding of how to train your body.
Reformer Level 1 focuses on beginning and intermediate Pilates Reformer exercises with an emphasis on building strength and confidence.

For a little extra love, we also highly recommend starting out with a Private Appointment. We'd be happy to teach you all about the Reformer one on one, go over safety tips, guide you on movement modifications, and help you build confidence until you feel like a seasoned Pilates veteran!
What Are Classes Like?
Each of our classes offer 50 minutes of invigorating movement designed to awaken both the mind and body. Each class is designed to provide a full-body strength challenge that will leave you feeling the burn! Depending on your chosen class format, we will incorporate bodyweight exercises, mindful breathwork, and versatile props to create a well-rounded and transformative experience.
Our sessions are crafted to help you build stability, boost your confidence, and expand your understanding of how to train and support your body effectively. By engaging large and small muscle groups, you’ll achieve a sense of accomplishment and discover muscles you never knew existed. Get ready to elevate your practice and redefine your strength!
